Instructions

Step 1
1️⃣ Snip those sausages with kitchen scissors straight into the pan, browning them to perfection.
Step 2
2️⃣ Toss in the onion, capsicum, garlic, ginger, tomato paste, and curry powder. Stir and let the spices meld for a few minutes.
Step 3
3️⃣ Now, in goes the rice, spinach, coconut cream, and water. Season as you like, give it a thorough mix, cover, and simmer on low. In about 20 minutes, you've got a meal ready to enjoy!
