This is one the kids love as well...throws some veggies into as well! Always track it yourself with brands you use, as sometimes that can dramatically change macros. As is, the macros are as follows for this recipe Calories: 537 Protein: 46.1 Carbs: 49.1 Fats: 15.3 Mac & Cheese box- Banza Mac & Cheese 2 boxes ( box size 11oz) You can adjust ground beef to the amount you would like, it will just change the macros for the meal

Instructions

Step 1
1. Brown your ground beef with diced green peppers and onion in skillet until meet is cooked through and peppers tender and onions translucent 2. While that is cooking in a pot cook mac & cheese per the directions on the box 3. Add taco seasoning to meat mixture and combine 4. Add diced tomatoes and corn cans 5. Add cook mac and cheese to meat mixture with corn and tomatoes added and stir
