This is a quick salsa recipe that you can whip up in a jiffy. It is a perfect blend of summer citrus fruits made interesting with the addition of cilantro. Including orange peels gives it a unique twist.

Step 1
Cut oranges into small pieces. Save and add the orange rind (removing the white insides). Squeeze juice of lemon and juice of one orange. Add salt, pepper, sugar, cilantro and mix. Let it marinate for 5 minutes and dilute with water. Adjust taste as needed. Finally, garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
