Ingredients
8 servings
2cucumbers
sliced
¾ cupdistilled white vinegar
1 cupwater
1 ½ tspmaple syrup
3garlic cloves
minced
1 Tbspfresh ginger
minced
3 sprigsdill
1 tspblack peppercorns
whole
2 Tbspsea salt
Optional
Instructions
Step 1
Add all of the liquid and spices to a small pot and heat it up on the stove until the honey and salt are dissolved
Step 2
Add your cucumber slices to a mason jar
Step 3
Pour the hot liquid over the cucumbers
Step 4
Let the jar cool down before sealing it and putting it in the fridge
Step 5
Let the pickles sit for at least 3 days before eating them, they will be at their best on days 5-6. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks
