These Oven Potatoes are so Crispy and Full of flavor not to mention healthier as they use less oil . They are cooked to perfection and you can make them more or less spicy according to your tastes ! So easy ! You’ve gotta try this !

Instructions

Step 1
Scrub the potatoes clean then pat them dry and cut into bitesize pieces !
Step 2
Add the Potatoes into a large bowl and sprinkle with a good pinch of salt black pepper curry powder cumin turmeric chili flakes and thyme . Then drizzle with olive oil and toss all together to coat in the spices

Step 3
Peel 5 cloves of garlic then bash them with a knife or something heavy to open the garlic up . Add to the bowl of potatoes and toss in the oil .

Step 4
Place the potatoes skin side down on an unlined baking sheet . Spread them out so they will cook evenly . Then cook at 200 c / 400 f fan setting for 25 minutes then flip over and cook a further 10 minutes or maybe more depending how big your potato pieces were cut .
