Step 1
After peeling and cutting the potatoes into cubes, place them in a bowl and coat them with olive oil.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander, garam masala, chili powder, and salt. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
Step 3
Preheat the air fryer: Set the air fryer to 200°C and let it preheat for about 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry them for 18 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Step 5
Once the potatoes are golden and crispy, take them out and drizzle with lemon juice (optional) and garnish with fresh cilantro.
