MEXICAN MEALS FOR WEIGHT LOSS: CEVICHE DE CAMARÓN 🍤🇲🇽 If you think about it ceviche is really just a high protein chopped salad! It’s also a quick, no cook, no reheat meal so it effortlessly comes together while we deal with these hot temperatures. Feel free to add any vegetables or toppings of choice. You can enjoy as is for a low carb meal or use your favorite tostadas.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Chop the shrimp & place in a bowl with 1/2 c lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before adding the vegetables.

2. Chop the cucumber, tomato, onion, jalapeños, serranos, and cilantro.
Step 3
3. Add the chopped vegetables, 1/2 c Clamato juice, and jugo maggi to the shrimp.

4. Mix well and store in fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes.

5. Add to your favorite tostada or air fry tostadas. Air fry tortillas at 390* F for 4 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 3 minutes. (The tortilla will fly if you don’t put it under the tray)
Step 6
6. Each tostada will get 1.75 oz ceviche and 7-8 g lite mayo (~24 G total). One serving is 3 tostadas.
