Step 1
Cook potatoes for 12 minutes or until tender
Step 2
Meanwhile, make the salsa by combining oil, vinegar, lime zest, half the lime juice, chilli, 1 garlic clove and coriander
Step 3
Season the flour and coat the basa, then heat the oil in a pan and add the basa. Fry for 30 seconds on high, then 2 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through
Step 4
Drain the potatoes, return to the pan along with oil and garlic, lightly crush then serve with the basa. Drizzle the salsa over everything.
