Step 1
prepare the couscous.
Step 2
2. cut the aubergine and cucumber in small cubes. Fry the aubergine.
Step 3
3. season the chicken and fry it. Cut it in small pieces.
Step 4
4. Mix all the ingredients for the tahini dressing in the meantime.
Step 5
5. Add the couscous, chicken, aubergine, cucumber and tahini dressing together in a big bowl.
Step 6
6. Top it with pomegranate, feta, mint and extra lemon.
