Falafel Burgers
5 steps
Prep:20minCook:10min
These falafel burgers are filled with so many amazing flavors and spices. I used navy beans as the base for my falafel instead of chickpeas. Navy beans are another great source of protein, fiber, and antioxidants and is an immune boosting superfood! I paired the navy beans with classic and traditional herbs such as cilantro and parsley. I also used sauces like balsamic vinegar and Worcestershire sauce to add more flavor, depth, and texture to this recipe. I also paired this falafel with THE go to burger sauce — chipotle mayo and it made it 10 times better! Step 2
In a blender combine all of your ingredients except your breadcrumbs and blend.
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl and add your bread crumbs and mix to combine. Heat a large skillet with cooking oil. While your skillet is heating form your patties. Once your patties are formed cook them on both sides on medium heat for 3-4 minutes (or until browned).
