Instructions

Step 1
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually stir in orange zest, aroma/extract and eggs. Sift in cornstarch and flour. Mix well.
Step 2
Put mixture in a piping bag with perforated tip and pipe in the form of a sponge biscuit (4 cm long) onto a baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake at 370 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until light yellow. Remove from cookie sheet.
Step 4
Melt chocolate in a water bath and dip one side of the cookies in and let it become firm.
