Step 1
In a skillet over high heat, add olive oil and meat and brown mixing occasionally. Once fully cooked through add in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for two minutes then add nacho cheese and salsa. Mix well bring to a simmer for 3minutes then cut the heat. Top tortilla chips with the sauce and your desired toppings. Then serve.
