Instructions
Step 1
Wash, peel, and cube potatoes
Step 2
Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Step 3
Cook potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for for 20 minutes, and shake a few times while cooking
Step 4
While potatoes are cooking, cube chicken
Step 5
Cook chicken in a skillet on medium high heat with a little butter
Step 6
Season chicken with 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper, 1 tsp each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning
Step 7
Once chicken is done, add minced garlic and garlic parmesan sauce
Step 8
Add cooked potatoes to skillet
Step 9
Top with mozzarella cheese
Step 10
Broil in oven or cover with lid so cheese melts
