Pizza Chicken Burgers

Instructions

The Pizza Dough

Step 1
1. Mix the yeast with room temp water and sugar and let sit for 10 minutes
Step 2
2. Mix all the dry ingredients and add the yogurt, oil, and yeast mixture and thoroughly combine.

3. Knead the mixture for 10 minutes then leave in an oiled bowl covered with cling film at room temperature for 2 hours. Divide into 4 and form each into a ball, and let the ball sit covered with cling film until ready to use

The Chicken

4. Mix the flour with all the spices and salt, and whisk the egg with a splash of milk.

5. Dip the chicken into the flour to thoroughly coat. Then into the egg and then the flour, repeating this 2 more times, finishing with flour.
Step 6
6. Pour the oil into a medium size frying pan, and lay the chicken breasts in, cooking on a medium heat for 6 minutes a side, but flipping every 3 mins.

The Pizzas

7. Mix the Passata with the sugar, salt, and vinegar. This is the “pizza sauce”.

8. Get a pan on a roaring high heat. And a grill/broiler on max strength. Stretch out a ball of dough into a 15cm rough circle and drop it in the hot pan.

9. Lay a quarter of the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni, and after it has been in the pan for 3 minutes, stick it under the grill for 2 minutes(or until you think it is cooked - every grill is different)

10. Repeat for 3 more mini pizzas.

To Finish

11. Lay some lettuce, on a pizza, and add your chicken, sauces, and another pizza to top, and enjoy!
