Instructions
Step 1
Cook chicken breast with whatever method you would like
Step 2
Cut or tear chicken breast into bite sized pieces
Step 3
Put pieces of provolone cheese (sliced or something idk) onto the chicken and it up however you want until provolone is melted ( if chicken is hot enough to melt provolone then that’s good

While I didn't do the midnight thing, this is excellent. Provided you know how to cook chicken! I think leftover chicken is a better option than cooking only 1 breast at a time. I make a cookie tray of these at a time and then use them as sandwich filling or rewarmed with a salad and a grain or bread for a meal.
