Instructions

Step 1
1. Wash and dry the chicken

2. Mix vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, spices, and dry herbs

3. Add the veggies on top of the chicken

4. Add the vinaigrette on top

5. Rub very well
Step 6
6. Add 1 cup water

7. Sprinkle 1 package SAZO’N Goya on top
Step 8
8. Cover with parchment paper then aluminum foil

9. Bake at 375 covered for 1 1/2 hour, uncovered for half and hour
Step 10
10. Place it under the broiler for a nice color and crisp
