Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the onion.

Step 2
Wash and slice the bell pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes.



Step 3
Finely chop the garlic and spring onion.


Step 4
Boil noodles according to the instructions on the package and set aside about 1/2 cup of the starchy water when draining.

Step 5
Heat some oil in a pan and fry garlic and onion with ground cinnamon for a minute. Add chickpeas and fry for 5 minutes. Add bell pepper and fry for 5 minutes. Add in kidney beans, mushrooms and tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes.









Step 6
Lower the heat, add miso, soy sauce and tomato paste to your pan and mix.



Step 7
Add the reserved starchy water from your noodles to your frying pan and bring to a simmer until thickened.

Step 8
Toast sesame seeds on a hot and dry pan, then set aside.

Step 9
Add your noodles to your pan and toss evenly.

Step 10
Add salt and pepper to taste

Top with sesame seeds, spring onion and toasted sesame oil.
