Instructions
Step 1
180g plain flour, coconut, baking powder in one bowl, mix. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius

Brown sugar 100g- add in bowl
Step 3
Two medium packs of low cost chocolate- break this up into small bits and put in bowl
Step 4
150g unsalted butter- soften this first then put in separate cup near warm oven, crack egg and put in butter cup
Step 5
1tbsp oil- use foil or parchment paper on baking tray and brush oil onto its surface
Step 6
Add the warm butter and egg to dry ingredients bowl, use your fingers to blend it all together, tuck into a ball, put tea towel over bowl and place in fridge for 10 min.
Step 7
Take bowl out of fridge and begin breaking apart the large ball into smaller bowls, pat slightly and put onto baking try, I could fit about ten on mine but leave some room in between each.

Bake for 8 mins
Step 9
Or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven, leave to cool, ready to serve..
