Instructions
Step 1
Measure the ingredients.
Step 2
Preheat oven. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 3
Beat butter and sugar until smooth. Add in egg and mix well.
Step 4
Add in the remaining ingredients and mix into a dough. Divide into 2 portions.
Step 5
Add cocoa powder yo a portion of dough and mix well. Combine the other dough with cranberries and raisins.
Step 6
Roll the two doughs into log shape, twist them together and wrap with cling film. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Cut into slices and place onto lined baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven at 160°C for 15 minutes or until cooked.
Step 8
Finally, its ready to be served!
