Ingredients

Meatballs
2 lbsground chicken
1 ½ cupspanko bread crumbs
2eggs
large
1 cuponions
caramelized
¼ cupfresh parsley
chopped
1 cupshredded parmesan reggiano
2 Tbspitalian seasoning
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
1 tsppaprika
½ tspcayenne
1 tspkosher salt
1 Tbspblack pepper
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Place all of the meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix until toroughly combined
Step 2
Place into even balls and sear in a pan 5 minutes a side. Set aside
Step 3
For the sauce: place the olive oil and butter in a large saute pan over medium heat
Step 4
Add the onions, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper. cook until caramelized, approximately 7-8 minutes
Step 5
Deglaze the pan with the heavy cream, add the cheese and cook for 5 minutes or until slightly reduced and thickened
Step 6
Add the sun dried tomatoes, parsley, and salt and pepper. Cook until combined
Step 7
Add the meatballs and cook covered on top of the stove for 15 minutes or until internal temperature of 165 degrees
