Instructions

Step 1
Spread a layer of peanut butter or sunbutter onto a piece of bread.
Step 2
Then layer on the jam layer and top with the other piece of bread.
Step 3
Into a saute pan, add in the vegan butter and heat on medium heat.
Step 4
Place the sandwich in the pan and cook for several minutes then flip for another few minutes.
Step 5
Slice and half and enjoy!
