Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add the boiling water slowly and mix with chopsticks until combined. Now add the cool water and combine with your hands until smooth.
Step 2
After 20 minutes of letting it hydrate roll it out in 8 small balls, brush with oil and cover with plastic wrap for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Roll out each ball individually in an oval shape. Add the green onion in the middle and roll on itself. Now spiral it together and press, rolling once again (check the video on my channels for clarification!)
Step 4
Cook on medium heat on both sides with sunflower seed oil until crispy outside and soft inside
