One of my favorite pancake recipe it’s super easy to make and very self explanatory.

Instructions
Step 1
Combine all dry Ingrediente in a bowl. Mix well.
Step 2
In separate bowl mix your oil, egg and buttermilk together. Note: If your in a country where buttermilk is expensive to get you can make your own by adding 1 tbps. lemon juice/vinegar to one cup of milk and let sit for about 2 minutes untill thick milk is form.
Step 3
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together gently until will combine. DO NOT mix to much this really good to know don’t mix it to much. That’s why You mix everything separately before combining to avoid mixing to much.
Step 4
Nicely grease a skillet and keep on medium heat and use a 1/4 measuring cup to make each pancake. Flip when edges look nice and golden. Enjoy !!
