Recipe makes about 6 pancakes. Most bowls won't fit more than 4 or 5 recipes. 1.5 eggs, because you'll put 1 or 2 depending on egg size. I usually take the average between min. and max. (e.g. 3 recipes = 4 or 5 eggs) The white flour and quinoa are mutually exclusive. The quantity of milk simply changes thickness. Popularly served with butter and maple syrup, marmalade, and nutella.

Instructions

Step 1
Mix flours (or flour and quinoa), milk, and eggs.
Step 2
Add salt and baking powder.
Step 3
Add melted (but cooled) butter.
Step 4
Cook on hot pan and serve/store.

Quinoa

Step 5
Place in cooking water until the beads are transparent. Use instead of white flour.
