Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing

This is a homemade alternative to store bought dressing, very low in calories and still gives you a bit of protein. Also, only takes a few min to throw into the blender and it's ready to go. Always track it yourself with brands you use, as sometimes that can dramatically change macros. As is, the macros are as follows for this recipe: (Serving size 2 TBSP) Calories: 30 Protein: 2.8g Carbs: 1.3g Fats: 1.6 Brands used for recipe: Greek Yogurt- Kirkland Nonfat Greek Yogurt, Great Value Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Great Value minced garlic

Weigh or measure out all ingredients and add to blender (weights will be more exact for macros) and blend until smooth. Store in the fridge Also, you can always cut recipe in half or adjust as needed if you wont be using all of it before it goes bad. Without the preservatives you get with store bought dressings they don't last as long.
