**Ingredients:**
- 500g beef mince 🥩
- 4 sliced green onions 🌱
- 3 eggs 🥚
- 250g fresh coleslaw 🥬
- 450g fresh thin egg noodles 🍝
**Sauce Delight:**
- 1/4 cup soy sauce 🍶
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce 🌊
- 1/4 cup mirin 🍷
- 1 tbsp minced garlic 🧄
- 1 tbsp minced ginger 🌿
- 1 tsp chilli flakes 🌶️
