Instructions
Step 1
In a shallow bowl combine 1 cup panko, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp salt, and chopped pepper
Step 2
Pat chicken fry with paper towels then pound with a mallet or rolling pin until chicken is about 1/2 inch thick then season with salt and pepper

Brush chicken all over with sour cream, then press chicken into panko mixture until both sides are coated
Step 4
Heat a 1/3 inch layer of oil in a large heavy bottom pan over medium high heat
Step 5
Once oil is hot enough that a pink of panko sizzles. Add chicken to pan and cook will chicken is golden brown and cooked through
Step 6
In a small bowl whisk together 4 TBSP mayonnaise, 3 oz honey Dijon dressing, and 1 tsp of hot sauce
