These are the Crispiest Mushrooms you will ever try ! They are so tasty and addicting! I love them with this super easy bang bang dip or even by themselves they are insanely good ! Enjoy !

400 gramsenoki mushrooms

¾ cuprice flour

½ cupall purpose flour

⅓ cupcornstarch

1 tspsalt

1 tspwhite pepper

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspturmeric

1 tspchinese five spice

350mlwater
ice cold
Bang bang Dip
Instructions
Step 1
Cut open the end of the enoki mushroom packet and cut off the dirty stem then slice into sections wash and pat dry
Step 2
Whisk rice flour a/p flour cornstarch salt white pepper garlic powder turmeric and Chinese five spice powder in a bowl then slowly start adding ice cold water ! Don’t add it all! Add about 280 ml and if the batter is thin but not runny it’s perfect






Step 3
Mix sweet chili sauce sriracha hot sauce and Mayo in a dipping bowl and set aside



Step 4
Heat oil on medium high heat then dip the mushrooms into the batter coating completely. Tap off the excess batter then fry I til the underside is golden then flip. Fry in small portions to avoid overcrowding in the pan as this will bring the oil temp down and the mushrooms won’t be as crispy
Step 5
Drain on paper towels then serve with the bang bang dip and enjoy
