Instructions
Step 1
Cook two chicken breasts on medium to high heat for 20 minutes in sesame oil and garlic.
Step 2
Mix red pepper, cucumber, carrot, cabbage, lettuce and the juice of one lime in a bowl.
Step 3
Mix peanut butter, coconut aminos, sesame oil, chili sauce, chili flakes for the sauce.
Step 4
Add 3/4 sauce to the veggie mixture and toss, toss remaining with cubes of your cooked chicken.
Step 5
Top salad with chicken, green onions, and sesame seeds. Add more lime juice for a little zest!
