Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2
Heat a pan to high heat and add cooking spray or oil. Fry the chicken in the pan until golden brown.

Step 3
While the chicken is cooking, chop the broccolini into ~5cm pieces and add to the pan.

Step 4
Cook the noodles as per instructions on the package. Drain and add to the pan.

Add the sweet soy sauce and mix everything. Push everything in the pan to one side to make room for the egg.

Step 6
Add cooking spray or oil to the empty side of the pan and crack your egg in and scramble it.
Step 7
Add a few drops of sesame oil and mix everything together. Serve with sprinkled sesame seeds and sliced green onion on top if you like.
