Instructions
Step 1
Add tomatoes, vinegar, and seasonings into your crockpot and mix well.
Step 2
Add the rest of your ingredients except the black olives into your crockpot.
Step 3
Cook on low, and after about 4-5 hours, add in your olives. Cook for another hour or until chicken is shredded easily.
Step 4
Side note: if you don't like the taste of raw onions and peppers, you can saute them seperately before adding into the crockpot.
