Instructions
Step 1
Combine chicken cubes, salt, red pepper, paprika, olive oil, and 1 tbsp. of basil. Mix well and add to pan on medium high heat.
Step 2
Blend milk, cream cheese, tomato paste, Parmesan cheese, and remaining basil until smooth.
Step 3
When chicken is nearly cooked through reduce heat to a simmer. Add the cream sauce, spinach, and tomatoes to pan and cover.
Step 4
Cook for another 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with white rice.
