Instructions
Step 1
Slice the top and bottom off each naval orange to create flat bases. Cut a thin slice off the top to expose the flesh.
Step 2
Carefully hollow out the oranges, reserving the orange segments and juice. Set the segments aside.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, orange zest, and honey.
Step 4
Fill each hollowed-out orange with the ricotta mixture.
Step 5
Place the stuffed oranges in the refrigerator to chill for about 30 minutes.
Step 6
Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves and the reserved orange segments.
