Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice in mediums pot, following instructions on box.
Step 2
Season chicken with Creole seasoning. Coat evenly.
Step 3
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 10 Min.
Step 4
Add soup, water, chiles, jalapeño and lime juice. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 30 minutes or until done.
Step 5
At 25 Min, Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve over rice
