Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika powder generously.
Step 2
Coat seasoned chicken with flour.
Step 3
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, and add mushrooms, put salt and pepper, and sautee until mushroom juice evaporate.
Step 4
Remove mushrooms from the skillet, and set aside. Don't wash the skillet.
Step 5
Heat butter in the same skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 6
Put the chicken in the skillet and cook, turning once, until golden on both sides, for about 8 minutes.
Step 7
Pour white wine, put the lid on the skillet, and cook for about 5 minutes until fully cooked inside.
Step 8
Add mushrooms to skillet, and add heavy cream.
Step 9
Serve the chicken with chopped parsley.
