Instructions

Step 1
Season chicken with 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Sauté chicken in butter on medium high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Remove chicken from skillet and reduce heat to medium low. Add your heavy cream and chicken stock. Simmer for 5-10 minute and then add your remaining seasonings and cheese.
Step 4
Cook pasta according to directions on box and add to sauce.
Step 5
Top off with chicken and garnish with tomatoes and chives.
