Instructions

Step 1
The easiest is to buy already cooked black beans, but if you prefer to cook then do this the day before.
Step 2
Add the shrimp and dressing to a Tupper and shake well, leave in the fridge overnight or at least 20 minutes before cooking.
Step 3
Finely chop the tomato and sprinkle with 1 lime juice
Step 4
Mash the avocados and sprinkle with a bit of salt and 1 lime juice.
Step 5
Also get some sour cream, but if you don't have them add a bit of lemon to fresh cream and leave at room temperature till the taste becomes sour cream.

Grate cheddar cheese and chop cilantro leaves.
Step 7
I chose corn tacos in this recipe and had them ready to warm up before serving. The trick is to warm a pan and when hot 1st add the dressed shrimp to start frying, then heat another pan and warm as indicated on the package. Warm a cotton cloth and keep the tacos warm in there till the shrimp is cooked.
Step 8
The separate Scatter ingredients is for everyone to build their own taco as preferred.
Step 9
Cut 2 limes in quarters to squeeze on top just before devouring.
