Smash Burger Tacos
I’ve been seeing everyone make these smash burger tacos and I had to try them. Let me tell you they did not disappoint! they are so delicious and really easy to make.

Ingredients

I used 88%lean / 12%fat

6tortillas

Sauce Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
1. First make the sauce by combining all the ingredients together and set aside.
Step 2
2. Next portion the beef into small golf size balls.
Step 3
3. Heat a nonstick skillet on high heat. Place the beef ball in the middle of the skillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add the tortilla on top and smash it down with another pan or a burger press. Press down to make sure it’s thin.
Step 4
4. Let the meat cook for about 2-3 minutes or until it’s crisp on the bottom. Using a spatula flip over the tortilla and burger, place a slice of cheese on top and wait until the cheese melts. As soon as the cheese melts remove from skillet and repeat with all the tacos.
Step 5
5. Top it with your favorite toppings, sauce and enjoy.
