2mini tortilla wraps

120gextra lean beef mince

1slices cheese

½ cuplettuce
finely shredded

0.5tomato
sliced

0.25onion
diced

1 Tbspickles

Instructions
Step 1
Press the beef mince onto the tortilla wraps, season with salt and pepper. Make sure the beef is only a thin layer so when you flip it over the other side cooks through the tortilla.
Step 2
Place mince side down in a hot fry pan and cook for 2-3 mins. Flip and place the cheese on top of the beef. Cook for 1-2 mins for cheese to melt/ wrap to get crispy.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
Step 4
Place tacos onto a plate and top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and the burger sauce.
