Instructions

Step 1
Peel garlic and put in blender with salt, red paste, oil, pepper, rice wine vinegar, oregano, soy sauce, blend all together. Slice red onions thin. Heat up saucepan put red onions in pan and leave to soften on low heat lid on. Then put in prawns. Wait until they are soft.Then put in blended sauce. Low heat, keep stirring occasionally. Slice carrots and green beans and baby corn. Put in sauce pan, stir occasionally. Lid on. For 10 mins Peel and trim sprouts and boil in separate pan until a little bit soft, put into main pan, stir until the sprouts are also covered with the sauce. Lid on on low heat for 10 min, pour in can of coconut milk. Stir thoroughly. Add a little water to thin it out of preferred then serve when piping hot. 4 servings
