Step 1
Lisa Barnhart-Davison Recipe:
1 cup oat flour (just oats ground in a
blender to form a flour)
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup smooth nut butter of choice
1/2 cup vegan butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (you can leave this out and just have the chocolate topping!) Topping:
3/4 cup vegan dark chocolate
2 tbsp vegan butter
Pinch flaky salt (optional) ●Mix together the butter, nut butter maple and vanilla until smooth.
●Stir in the ground almonds and oat flour, then fold in the chocolate chips.
●Press into the bottom of a lined loaf tin and melt together the dark chocolate and vegan butter, then pour this on top. Top with a sprinkle of flaky salt if you wish! Enjoy Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
