Shrimp Brochette
A copycat recipe of Pappadeaux’s Jumbo Shrimp Brochette. It’s made with jumbo shrimp, stuffed with Monterey Jack cheese and jalapeño pepper, then wrapped in bacon. Pair it with my dirty rice recipe. Both recipes are on my blog.
