Step 1
Cook pasta Al dente.
Step 2
Heat oil or butter in saucepan. Then add garlic and sauté 1 min. Sprinkle flour in, stirring continuously. Sauté another min.
Step 3
Slowly whisk in chicken broth until smooth. Then slowly add milk. Allow to simmer, stirring until thickened.
Step 4

Lastly, add Parmesan, salt and pepper. Once pasta noodles ready, add into sauce. Toss until well combined. Enjoy!
