Instructions

Step 1
Add yeast, honey and water to your mixer. Let it sit for 5 minutes. {Can also be mixed by hand}
Step 2
Add flour, 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp of oil. Mix until combined. Dough will be shaggy. Cover and let sit on counter for an hour in a warm kitchen.
Step 3
Tip dough onto an oiled sheet pan. Stretch the dough and shape it. Let it sit for an hour until it gets bubbly.
Step 4
Add 2-3 tbsp of olive oil to the top of the dough, add seasoning salt or any other toppings {such as rosemary or sundried tomatoes}. Add dimples to the dough.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 450 degrees.
Step 6
Cool completely before enjoying.
