Delicious milk bread/shokupan for u all beloves using Tangzhong method :)

Instructions

Step 1
in a pan, combine in your flour and water to make tangzhong and cook on medium heat until it thickens to a shiny paste and set aside to cool
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine your milk, water, salt, sugar, yeast, melted butter, and your cooled tangzhong and mix well
Step 3
Add in all your dry ingredients and start kneading the dough by hand for about 20 minutes until u can do the window pane test
Step 4
Roll your dough into a ball and let it rest until doubled in size (about 1 hour depending on the temperature)
Step 5
Divide it into 2-3 parts, roll it into a ball and let it rest for 15 minutes
Step 6
With the smooth side down roll it down into an oval shape, fold it in together like clothing and roll it together pitching it to secure
Step 7
put ít horizontally into your loaf pan and let it rise until doubled (1-1 1/2hour depending on temperature)
Step 8
Brush with an egg wash and let it bake at 180°C Or 356°F for 30 minutes
