Instructions

Step 1
1) Chop produce and peanuts while cooking rice. 2) Sauté seasoned bell pepper until soft-6 min. Add scallion whites, ginger, garlic + butter & cook 30 seconds. 3) Add beef to veggie mixture & brown 5 minutes. 4) Remove from heat, top with sweet glaze. 5) Assemble bowls- rice, glazed beef, scallion greens & peanuts. Ready in 45 minutes
