⭐️Steam cauliflower florets till fork tender, approx 4-6 min, let cool
Step 2
⭐️In a high speed mixer combine cauliflower & remaining ingredients till smooth 2-3 min

⭐️cook pasta al dente according to box directions in generously salted water
Step 4
⭐️drain pasta, whole reserving 1/2 cup pasta water. Bring pasta back to pot
Step 5
⭐️ Add carbonara & pancetta mushrooms (if using) . Mix over low heat, add desired seasoning.I topped mine with chopped fresh parsley Enjoy!!

Homecook Pro-Tip: Don't let a drop of that creamy goodness go to waste! After combining the sauce & adding to pasta, there's always a bit clinging to the blending jar. Just add 1/2 cup of reserved pasta water, & swirl away those clinging bits, and add to pot. No waste 🙌🏻
