Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Step 2
Add the flour and yoghurt to a bowl and mix until combined like a dough. Season with italian herbs and garlic powder.
Step 3
Roll out the dough and place on foil on a baking tray and cook in the oven for about 5 mins.
Step 4
Meanwhile, add your tomato puree, enough water to get the right consistency and italian herbs into a small jug. Mix well to make the sauce.
Step 5
Chop and dry your mozzarella with kitchen paper.
Step 6
Take the dough out of the oven and place the sauce on top. Add the mozzarella and spinach and cook for a further 5 mins or until cooked properly.
Step 7
Season with pepper and serve with rocket. Enjoy.
