Step 1
Combine ingredients in the order listed
Step 2
Run the bread maker dough cycle (12).
Step 3
Let the dough double in size and run the cycle a second time.
Step 4
Knock dough back and split into six equal stands. Braid strands into a 6 pleated loaf
Step 5
Place the loaf in a silicone mat with cornmeal. The silicone mat is placed on a baking tray.
Step 6
For the final rise, let the loaf sit, covered, until it has doubled in size.
Step 7
Egg Wash the loaf right before it goes into the oven.
Step 8
Bake at 300F for about 50 minutes
