- Marinade the peel prawns with some salt and pepper

- stir fried the prawns first then take out, drain off the water/ juice.

- in another pan, put some button on, put chopped garlic and curry leafs, add in evaporated milk, put low fire, stir until the sauce a bit thicken then add in the cooked prawns. Season to taste with a bit of salt or sugar.
